Trillium leads the revision of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) online resources to assist safety net providers in community-based clinics nationwide with implementation of health IT.
We are currently replacing an outdated toolbox with a user-friendly web portal that lays out the adoption of electronic medical records step-by-step and pulls together the best health IT resources from across Federal agencies and other organizations. The site will include clear learning objectives, plain language, and engaging features such as quizzes, case studies, and videos.
This project involves communication research and consultation with experts, technical assistance providers, and safety net providers themselves to deeply understand user needs.
Future additions to the portal will include the health IT aspects of mental healthcare. After completing revisions of current online resources, Trillium will take the lead in a nationwide promotional effort with a visible online event to launch the new offering.
